Add People to Your Vista

 
 

Add email addresses of people you would like to invite to your Vista account. As you add them, you’ll be able to set their permission level and add them to specific spaces.

  1. For starters, drop in a couple email addresses during registration. That’s all we need.

  2. After you register, you can add more users through the administrator panel.

  3. If you have a large group of users to add, we make it easy. Simply copy and paste your list of email addresses.

 
 
 

Start a Few Spaces

Spaces are where you’ll organize your photos and videos by project, location, event, product or topic. Spaces are individually customized to give access to specific team members, clients, prospects and contacts.

 
 
 
  1. Simply select the “+ Add Space” button, add a title and select from a list of users to join the space.

  2. We also have a customizable directory to help you organize your spaces.

  3. There is no limit on spaces, so create as many as you like.
